User Agreement

1. Parties

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("you," "your," or "user") and Polsia, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Polsia," "DropEdge," "we," "our," or "us"), operator of the DropEdge platform at mydropedge.com and dropedge-2.polsia.app (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any DropEdge service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Terms

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a DropEdge account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password). All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify DropEdge immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining your account. DropEdge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or that violate this Agreement.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Paid Trial

DropEdge offers one trial option: a 5-day paid trial priced at $9.99. This trial provides access to 75% of the Edge Store catalog for 5 days. The $9.99 charge is non-refundable. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a $34.99/month subscription, billed monthly, or a $315/year subscription, billed annually.

You may cancel the trial at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation before day 5 means you will not be charged beyond the initial $9.99.

3.2 Active Subscription

After the trial converts, an active subscription is required to continue accessing the DropEdge Platform. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access through that date. There are no cancellation fees and no penalties. You may also reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time before it expires.

3.4 Plan Changes

DropEdge reserves the right to change subscription plan pricing with 30 days' notice posted on the Platform and via email. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle after the notice period.

4. Billing

4.1 Payment Methods

Subscription billing is processed by Stripe and PayPal. DropEdge does not store your payment card details — these are handled by Stripe and PayPal in accordance with their respective privacy policies. You authorize DropEdge to charge your selected payment method for all subscription fees due.

4.2 Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, DropEdge will retry the charge within 5 business days. If the payment fails after retry, your account may be suspended until payment is received. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider due to failed payments.

4.3 Store Earnings

You retain 100% of earnings from your DropEdge Store. Store earnings are paid out via PayPal withdrawal within 1–2 business days of requesting a withdrawal. No platform fee is deducted from your store sales.

4.4 Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge on your DropEdge subscription, you must notify us within 30 days of the billing date by contacting support@dropedge.ai. We will investigate and resolve disputes in accordance with applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the DropEdge Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Platform to:

• Sell or list products that are illegal, prohibited, or regulated under applicable law
• Process transactions for products that violate third-party intellectual property rights or trademarks
• Resell DropEdge platform access or use platform data for competitive benchmarking
• Interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the Platform or its underlying infrastructure
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data or abuse Platform features
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that harms the Platform or its users

DropEdge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 DropEdge Platform

The DropEdge name, logo, Platform design, NEXUS product intelligence engine, trend data, and all related content are the intellectual property of Polsia, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from DropEdge's intellectual property.

6.2 Your Store Content

You retain ownership of all content you add to your DropEdge Store, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and branding. You represent that you have all rights necessary to sell the products you list and that your listings do not infringe third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or advertising rights.

6.3 NEXUS Data

NEXUS product trend scores and intelligence data are generated by DropEdge and are provided for informational purposes only. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute NEXUS data or data derived from it.

7. Third-Party Services

DropEdge integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), PayPal (subscription billing), Google Trends (search volume data), Amazon (product data), AliExpress (supplier data), and social media trend signals. These services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. DropEdge is not responsible for the actions, data practices, or availability of any third-party service.

When your customers purchase from your DropEdge Store, they are subject to your store's terms, privacy policy, and refund policy — not DropEdge's.

8. Disclaimers

The DropEdge Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

DropEdge does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Trend data and product intelligence from NEXUS are based on third-party signals and are provided for informational purposes only. DropEdge makes no representation that any product will generate sales, revenue, or profit.

Product availability, shipping times, supplier reliability, and real-time stock data are managed by third-party suppliers and are outside DropEdge's direct control. Real-time stock badges reflect data from supplier APIs and may not always be current or accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DropEdge, Polsia, Inc., and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of reputation — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

DropEdge's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to DropEdge in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DropEdge, Polsia, Inc., and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your DropEdge Store and the products you sell; (c) your violation of this Agreement; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Termination

DropEdge may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement, for fraudulent or abusive activity, or for any other reason DropEdge deems necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Fees paid are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Any data stored with DropEdge will be handled in accordance with our data retention policy.
