1. About DropEdge

DropEdge is an AI-powered dropshipping platform that surfaces product trend intelligence and provides tools for building and managing an online store. DropEdge is operated by Polsia, Inc. ("DropEdge," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the DropEdge platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the DropEdge platform.

2. Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating a DropEdge account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

DropEdge reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Paid Trial

DropEdge offers one trial option: a 5-day paid trial at $9.99, giving access to 75% of the catalog. This charge is non-refundable. On day 5, the trial auto-converts to a $34.99/month subscription unless you cancel before then. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time before day 5 — billing stops immediately.

3.2 Paid Subscription

After the trial, a subscription at $34.99/month (or $315/year) is required to continue accessing the platform. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Store Earnings

You keep 100% of your store earnings. When you request a withdrawal, the owner sends payment to your PayPal within 1–2 business days. No platform fee is deducted from your store sales.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately — no cancellation fees, no penalties, no waiting period. You retain access to the platform through the end of your current billing period.

3.5 Payment Processing

Subscription billing is processed by Stripe, our payment provider. DropEdge does not store your payment card details — these are handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Customer transactions through your DropEdge Store are processed by Stripe, and your store earnings are paid out manually via PayPal after you request a withdrawal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DropEdge only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to:

• Sell illegal, prohibited, or regulated goods and services
• Process transactions for products that violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Resell DropEdge services or access the platform for competitive benchmarking
• Interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the platform or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools or bots to extract data or abuse platform features

DropEdge reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate acceptable use without prior notice.

5. Your Content and Store

You retain ownership of all content you add to your DropEdge Store, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and branding. You represent that you have all rights necessary to sell the products you list and that your listings do not infringe third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or advertising rights.

DropEdge may use anonymized, aggregated platform data for product trend analysis and platform improvement. No personally identifiable information from your store is shared with third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

DropEdge integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), Google Trends (search data), Amazon product data, AliExpress product data, and social media trend signals. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. DropEdge is not responsible for the actions, data practices, or availability of third-party services.

When customers purchase from your store, they are subject to your store's terms, privacy policy, and refund policy — not DropEdge's.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DropEdge is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Trend data and product intelligence are based on third-party signals and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee sales volume, revenue, or product performance for any store.

Product availability, shipping times, and supplier reliability are managed by third-party suppliers and are outside DropEdge's direct control. Real-time stock badges reflect data from supplier APIs and may not always be current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropEdge and its operators (Polsia, Inc.) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to DropEdge in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DropEdge, Polsia, Inc., and their affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage arising from your use of the platform, your store, your products, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

DropEdge may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
